I'm just gonna say it, cause I was convicted about my own prayers for them: praying for peace and comfort can wait. pray for healing, and if u can't, pray for faith. we're the ones who want peace and comfort, cause watching our friends suffer is making us uncomfortable. jordan and katelyn haven't asked for peace and comfort yet-they want the miracle God has for them. press on.

This was the Facebook status of one of our tireless prayer warriors, Angie Luginbuhl.

All I have to say is, Amen.

The struggle is great, but the grace is greater. My heavenly Father keeps peering over this huge mountain down at me and says, "Look up, I'm bigger than this."

Jordan's a warrior and I am so, so thankful for this faithful man of God. He is expectantly waiting for God to show up. He will!

Again, please join in praying for a miracle tonight at 8. This is God's deal; but I have no problems as His child asking for what He does best.

We love you all!

i don't really know a lot of what u are going thru, but my heart goes out to your family. I want to share this verse that has helped me thru a lot. Psalms 40:1-3 " I waited patiently for the Lord He turned to me and heard my cry. he lifted me out of the slimy pit out of the mud and mire . He set me on a rock and gave me a firm place to stand. he put a new song in my mouth a hymn of praise to our God. Many will see put their trust in the Lord." i will be praying! - faith

Katelyn and girls,
I don't know you personally, but I grew up in Fairbury with your Dad. We live in Leo and always appreciate when your family comes to visit.

I have been following your journey throughout this past year and my heart is aching for you and your girls, as well as for your family and Jordan's family. We went through this same experience when my sister, Tess, received her ultimate healing 11 years ago already. We have been and will continue to pray for you and your family in the days and months ahead.

Love, Lorelei (Broquard) Gutwein and family

I don't really know you but have prayed often for you. I cannot begin to know your pain but do know the pain of having someone we love desperately taken to be with Jesus. Last Labor Day or sweet little daughter Laynee was gathered into her Savior's arms. The path of grief is difficult but our God is good........all the time.
